Refund policy

Before prescription: full refund

If our physician declines to prescribe after your consultation, or if you cancel before your consult, you receive a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

90-day results guarantee

We stand behind the treatment. If you follow your prescribed plan for 90 days and are not satisfied with your results, we will refund every peso — no questions asked, no clinical hoops, no return shipping required.

To claim the guarantee: email aestheticculture.ortigas@gmail.com with your order number within 30 days of completing your 90-day plan. Our team will verify your order history and process your refund within 5–7 business days. This guarantee applies to your first 90-day order per condition type.

After prescription: defects, errors, and adverse reactions

Outside the 90-day guarantee window, dispensed prescription medications are generally not returnable under FDA PH regulations. We will honor a full refund or replacement in these situations:

  • Defective product (damaged packaging, wrong medication, expired) — full refund or replacement
  • Adverse reaction reported to your physician within 14 days of first use — refund + clinical follow-up
  • Shipping error (lost in transit, wrong address due to our mistake) — full refund or reshipment

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via PayMongo. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel an active subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle — you'll receive and keep the meds you paid for in that cycle.
